[OMS_MANAGERS] Riddle, Oregon

Hi,

Riddle, town of 1,200, has our Main Street business district zoned in a way that also allows residential use, not just business. At least 9 buildings on 3 blocks are empty w/storage and/or living space, none running as a business. There are others behind these Main Street buildings too.

What ordinances, already in place, do other towns have to remedy this problem?
