Board Institute 101, April 14, 8:30 to 10 am:

This session is good for new board members or current board members who want a refresher. You are also welcome to invite potential board candidates in case this helps support you in your recruitment process. While geared towards board service, any new staff are also welcome to join.

We cover:

  *   an introduction to the Main Street Approach,
  *   an overview of Oregon Main Street (tier structure, benefits, participation requirements),
  *   typical roles and responsibilities of board members, committees, and staff.
