[OMS_MANAGERS] Important Notice: Excellence on Main Application Process

The Excellence on Main applications are open now at oprdgrants.org<https://oprdgrants.org/>. Guidelines can be found here<https://www.oregon.gov/oprd/OH/Documents/Excellence%20on%20Main%20Award%20Guidelines%20(2025).pdf>. We look forward to seeing the applications and celebrating in the fall!

The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) online grant and award application system has several errors periodically occurring.

Possible issues you might experience:

  *   Resetting password my not work.
  *   Seeing a red error banner when you log in or when you view your application.
  *   Not being able to enter information in the application fields.
  *   Not seeing attachments after submitting the application.

Recommendations:

  *   Save narrative responses in another document, then you have it in case there are issues. You can also copy and paste from the application into the system.
  *   Save all of your attachments in one place and keep track of what you attach.
  *   When you click submit, email Kuri Gill (kuri.gill at oprd.oregon.gov<mailto:kuri.gill at oprd.oregon.gov> ) to confirm that application was submitted and all attachments are saved.
