[OMS_MANAGERS] Board Portal Help

MAESTRO CRM: We use Maestro as our affordable CRM mostly to keep track of properties and businesses, but also when I can get them to all use it consistently, to document notes and project info and docs for workplans.
SHAREPOINT: recently realized our free Microsoft accounts (nonprofit program we applied to years ago, gives us up to 25 free licenses for MS software and email), comes with free “Sharepoint” boards, which is like microsoft’s version of dropbox or google drive, but with some better security and controls.  I have a board member setting up some different “pages” for us there that we will use like a private company internal network, with ability to control who has access to what.  We will have one for board info and training, and a separate tighter controlled one for our official online archives.

For communications as notification I find email and direct text work the best—we’ve never been able to get EVERYONE on slack or anything else.

We are looking for a free board portal where we can get away from constantly using emails. I believe we had this conversation several months ago but I can't find where I wrote down the name of the portal some of you were using.
