[OMS_MANAGERS] Question about advertising businesses for sale

Hey OMS folks,
In Baker we have several business owners who are looking to retire this
year and are looking to put their businesses up for sale. My question for
y'all is how and where have you seen business owners advertise their
business successfully?

For our business owners who have a lease and/or own their building, they
can list with a realtor. But where else has advertising a business resulted
in a successful sale?
