[OMS_MANAGERS] 501c3 - c6

[City Club Forest Grove]

Hello,

Our Main Street Program is under our 501c6.  We now also have a C3 meant to
support the downtown and community and are struggling to understand how to
manage the financial differences.  We want to make sure we don't screw this
up. Does anyone have a link to a list or detailed information regarding
501c3 vs c6? Or have an expert they know that can help us figure it out?
