[OMS_MANAGERS] Geo-fencing apps?

Wondering if any of your organizations are using placer.ai or other such 
geo-fencing applications for data gathering?  And if so, I'd like to 
reach out and find out more.  We are thinking of it here, but as a tiny 
town it seems a heavy lift.
