Hi OMS Leaders,

We hope this week finds you all well. This Round-Up contains some time-sensitive information including some updates to Quarterly Reporting, as well as some grants/funding opportunities that are extremely fast turnarounds & first-come/first-served. Be prepared for these to launch by reading this week's Round-Up. Important items are called out in pink text.

What's Inside:

  * OMS Updates: Quarterly Reporting Workbook, Register for Heritage Conference/OMS Network Meeting, Mornings on Main
  * Funding Opportunities: America's StartUp, America 250 Oregon Grants (first come-first served), Travel Oregon, T-Mobile, Oregon Heritage
  * Learning Opportunities: OMS Strategic Plan Workbook, OMS Donor Guide, OMS Policies & Procedures Guide

OMS Updates
Changes to Quarterly Reporting Workbook | Download the New Workbook Here<https://www.oregon.gov/oprd/OH/Documents/Quarterly%20Reporting%20Workbook%20-%20WEB.xlsx>
Due to some changes in MSA required data points, we have updated the Quarterly Reporting Workbook. There are only 2 major changes in the data points you need to collect:

  * We will now require a breakdown of FTE vs. PTE employees in your Main Street businesses.
  * We have updated the 'Housing' worksheet to have the "Housing Units" statistic as an open cell. This means you can type in the number of units in any housing you're adding to the workbook. It will give us a better sense of how many housing units are available on Main Street & help us provide data on housing initiatives at the state level.

Heritage Conference Registration Open | Register Here for OMS Network Meeting<https://www.oregon.gov/oprd/oh/pages/heritageconference.aspx>
REMINDER: April 29 (Day 1) will be the OMS network meeting and attendance is required for Affiliated, Designated & Accredited Communities. We highly recommend all communities attending the network meeting at a minimum attend the first full day of the conference to make your travel worth the while. Day 1 features options such as the Travel Oregon Grant Writing Workshop, a tour of downtown Stayton, our network meeting, preservation professional and visionary Keynote speaker Monica Rhodes<https://themonicarhodes.com/>, as well as the Heritage Excellence Awards Banquet.
