[OMS_MANAGERS] Side Hustles

A side hustle is (or can be) a business.

The point of it would be if the director or employee of a program has any
kind of supplemental income outside of Main Street that can be supported by
the network, I personally would be interested in doing that. I think we
come up with a way that’s indirect and doesn’t affect or dilute the
communication or work we are already doing. Like Lise’s idea for a Google
doc. It’s a good one for sure.

None of us are doing this job to make money. Not that I’m upset by any
income provided by my program, I’m thankful. However, we’re here because we
care, and we all believe in the program and its effect on our communities.

With rising costs of almost everything in Oregon, I want to support fellow
directors as much as possible.
