Part of our manager’s role is to make sure they have the coaching, tools, etc. that they need in order to be successful at their tasks. When we find there is some expertise they need, that is missing from the committee, we then reach out to the consultants or experts in the community at large to help. We just finished an all-volunteer downtown data survey-very detailed- to input in to our new Downtown Diva software. It went really well. Lots of positive feedback and great data collection results.
