Applicant should have excellent communication and<SPAN style="COLOR: red"> </SPAN>writing skills, public relations, and managerial abilities, with a strong administrative background. Previous nonprofit experience desired, with a background in the areas of special event planning, small business development, or volunteer recruitment and management a plus. Position requires a dynamic, out-going team player with the proven ability to multi-task and work in an independent environment. Grant writing experience is required and requires the ability to work with both the public and private sectors. The manager reports to the Historic Baker City, Inc. Board of Directors. The salary range for this full-time position is $28,000 - $32,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
