At workshops in Jacksonville, Astoria, Pendleton, and Portland we heard about the challenges and opportunities of utilizing and upgrading our brick and stone courthouses, schools, main streets, and apartment buildings. After some careful distillation of this feedback, we have arrived at eight big ideas that we want you to weigh in on!<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The HPLO asks you to consider spending 10 minutes helping us vet these initial findings and recommendations through an online survey.
