ordinance in place, we just don't have enough available flat land to
make us an attractive location for any big box retailer. They are
locating across the bay in Warrenton instead, where the land and the
population are more welcoming to big box retail. Still poses an issue
for us, though. <br>

network mention I believe it was a city ordinance that could be
established to ward off Walmart. If any of you recall what that is or
where we could find it please let me know. The citizens
of Sherwood found out last week that Walmart is planning on closing a
deal here in Sherwood next month.
