First, they did not buy the concept of focusing on a limited downtown geographic district. Seriously, and I think it is happening more and more, if they perceive the primary beneficiary of our efforts of being a small downtown area, they were not buying it. They saw that as, again more akin to a Chamber or downtown economic association, and hence a 501c4 or 501c6 organization.
