Here in Baker City we use old antiques, and just clutter up the window..<br>
Perhaps because we "old west" people will stare at that junk for hours. We<br>
had a rubber chicken hanging in the window and a guy offered 100.00 for<br>
it... We have contacted absentee owners to try and encourage them to let us<br>
fix things up.. it was worked in several instances.<br>
