Coos Bay, Oregon. She served as Coos Bay Downtown Director from 1984-1987

Association leadership role and was hired on the spot. Joan will
celebrate her 22nd anniversary as executive director of the Downtown
Corvallis Association this year. Her community recently celebrated
“Joan Wessell Day” in recognition of her many accomplishments
