<html><body><div style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><DIV>Acrylic paint usually dries very fast - that is one of its characteristics. My guess is that the paint was applied too thin so it actually ran during the application of the paint on a slick, vertical surface. It might just be easier to reapply thicker layers of acrylic on top of the areas that ran and leave the areas that dried alone. The original painting must be dry throughout the entire surface by now, so an additional layer of paint can easily be applied on top.
