is designed to engage owners, operators, and lovers of historic theaters in a conversation about the challenges and opportunities of operating and maintaining these community treasures. We will be highlighting the recent report based on research, surveys,
and interviews conducted by the U of O Community Service Center. Building on the recommendations from the report, we want to engage attendees in a discussion about forming a broader network of historic theaters. In addition we will share tips and strategies
on marketing opportunities, developing and executing a successful restoration plan, and ways to improve energy efficiency.
