St. Helen's is working on implementing a Wayfinding and Branding Master Plan from a grant we received from Travel Oregon. Fortunately, we received about 8 proposals for the RFQ when we were thinking we might get only 2 or 3! So now, we have to put more emphasis
on being objective during our Selection Evaluation since we have so many qualified firms with great proposals. The Selection Evaluation we included in the RFQ is a point system with three categories (Project Team Qualification, Project Experience, & Public
Process) totaling 100 points. </p>

Since I'm the only one on the team that hasn't actually read any of the proposals yet, its my task this weekend to flesh out the point system. Really I just need to add a couple of bullet points under each category, just making it more detailed.</p>

Although, many criteria are specific to St. Helens downtown, does anyone have any experience developing a functional grading scale or any examples of what to include? </p>
