<p dir="ltr">Sorry if this sounds snarky, but can anyone explain where the term "trespassed" came from? Traditional use is that the guilty had trespassed onto someone else's property, but locally, the 911 dispatch folks use it to describe the police response
to a report of a trespasser. It seems to most often be listed as "the person was trespassed for life." No ticket, no court hearing, no chance for due process. It seems to not meet Constitutional muster, but is effective.<br>
