You have to approach it from a land use and transportation perspective, but it’s all the same idea: what mix of uses will maximize the economic vitality of the downtown and how do we ensure good traffic flow while creating a safe, welcoming environment for pedestrians and bicyclists? At a minimum you can use it to examine your main street streetscape or do similar targeted studies.
