<p>ODOT/DLCD is the State agency that co-funds the Traffic Growth Management (TGM) plan program. Check with your City planning department for the most recent update timeframe. Most of these were initiated in about 2000-2002, and may have had updates since.
The initial preapplication date is normally about February 1 of each year.<br>
