He is a Certified Main Street Manager and was the executive director of the Historic Kennewick Downtown Partnership for ten years. Under his tenure, the downtown was completely transformed into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly, historic district. Most recently, he worked with a chamber of commerce in Southern California.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><b><u>Chris Hooper</u></b> just started with the La Grande Main Street Downtown program yesterday!
