</span></span><![endif]><u>Main Street Refresh Technical Assistance</u>: In 2016, the National Main Street Center launched a refreshed methodology using the Main Street Approach to downtown revitalization. This refreshed approach emphasizes having one or two
overarching transformation strategies that provide a unifying direction and focus to align the strategies and work of the four points (Design, Economic Vitality, Promotion, and Organization). Oregon Main Street will be selecting up to five pilot communities
to receive technical assistance to help communities participating in the Main Street Track focus their downtown revitalization efforts. Applications are due February 23, 2018 – a copy of the application is attached.<o:p></o:p></p>

personalized messages on each of the letters. See the attached letter for inspiration for your towns!<o:p></o:p></p>
