The light poles were purchased by us with city funds and the city stores and installs them and if they need replacement we pay for that. Our light poles have power. For trees the city decided to save money and not install power with the new tree wells so we use battery operated led lights that we install. The batteries are supposed to last one season. <p class="MsoNormal">Our community is trying to install power to the light posts downtown. We also are looking for a new solution for Holiday Lights. I am hoping many of you have experience in these areas and can share a few things. First off, please send
pictures of your Holiday lights if you have one. That would be very valuable. We are hoping to get your thoughts on how your community funded both of these types of projects. Was it all done by fundraising? Did you have businesses sponsor parts of it or
find large sponsorships for the project? Did the City fund the majority of it? Any help, thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated.<o:p></o:p></p>
