<p class="MsoNormal">The town of <b>Albany </b>developed on the Willamette River, with steamboats bringing commerce to a thriving waterfront. Today, downtown Albany’s historic buildings (dating back to the late 1800’s) are filled with shopping, dining, and
professional services. And, the newest addition, is the Albany Historic Carousel – last year’s Excellence in Downtown Revitalization winner.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A charming small town of 2,500 people, <b>Dayton</b> is located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, in Yamhill County, Oregon. Founded in 1850, the town has a rich pioneer history, with 41 places on the National Historic Registry. The central
feature of the town is a historic town square park in the downtown where families and residents enjoy congregating. The business district, with shops, cafes and restaurants, centers around this town square.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Downtown <b>McMinnville</b> has been the heartbeat of Yamhill County since before it was incorporated in 1876. The McMinnville of today is rich in history and small town charm, while providing amenities typically only associated with much
larger cities. Quaint boutiques, unique shops, and local galleries abound. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Incorporated in 1889, <b>Woodburn</b> was platted in 1871 after the arrival of the railroad. The city is located in the northern end of the Willamette Valley between Portland and Salem. Those who identify as Hispanic or Latino make up a
majority of the population in the city. The Woodburn area also has a significant historic population of Russian Orthodox Old Believers, whose ancestors settled here after the October Revolution of 1917. The City of Woodburn is working hard to celebrate its
diversity in downtown.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For over 30-years, <b>Vancouver</b>’s Downtown Association has led the way for positive change in downtown. Today, downtown is packed with great options for dining, exploring, shopping, and memory making. And downtown has curated an amazing
variety of public art and is home to wonderful galleries, performing arts, murals, and history.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Downtown <b>Camas</b> is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, unique boutiques and eateries and small town charm. Established in 1883 as a mill town, it has been revitalized to include fine shopping, dining, and services while still
