<p class="MsoNormal">As many of you know, on October 14<sup>th</sup> we lost one of Oregon’s most dedicated leaders, Megan Smith, to health complications. Megan was a pillar in the rural community development arena, and her loss will be felt by the countless
individuals she touched during her 25 years of service with the RARE AmeriCorps Program and throughout Oregon. To celebrate the life, sprit and accomplishments of Megan, please join us on December 8<sup>th</sup> at 1pm for a Celebration of Life at the
<a href="http://www.uoalumni.com/s/1540/fac/index.aspx?sid=1540&gid=3&pgid=633">Ford Alumni Center</a> here on campus at the University of Oregon.
