For example, overhanging signage that was viewable from the sidewalk was not permitted under the old code.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The new CDO is a bit complicated when it comes to signage, but it is effective and well-written.
