The High School did the project did the welding the first year.</div><div>2. <div>Do any of you have this design or something similiar installed in your Main
Street or Area? We had a manufacturer that was going to do these but they
have pulled out. Our original contact there moved on, they recently
secured a large contract and they are no longer going to do small
runs/projects. </div>

<div>We have a grant for these that we need to complete and this design was
approved.</div>
