<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">The City of Dallas has encountered this issue as well and many years ago prohibited trucks (other than deliveries to business) from driving on the Main Street through town. They
must take an ancillary street that runs parallel to Main Street and through residential. Not all cities have this option I realize. You might contact Scott White of City of Dallas. I am copying him on this email and perhaps he can tell you how the City did
this. He wasn’t here at the time but should be able to put his hands on an ordinance or get some history from someone else perhaps in Public Works who have been here longer.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
