They don’t get very bright at all unfortunately. You also have to try to get the solar panel in the right spot. Everyone loves our twinkle lights and we get comments on them all of the time. We have custom male and female ends that are attached to SPT2 Outdoor/UV rated wire (500 ft. spools). We run the wires to specific spots on the trees where we attach C7 sockets onto the wire. We use C7 warm white acrylic random twinkle bulbs (last forever for the most part and easy to replace).
