<p class="MsoNormal">Congratulations to the Astoria Downtown Historic District Association – they are one of the winners in the 2019 Partners in Preservation grant. They will receive $10,000 to increase public awareness of these historic places and build grassroots
 support for their Main Street district and the Oddfellows Building will receive part of the $1.3 million for preservation work along with the 12 other winners.<u></u><u></u></p>
