<p class="MsoNormal">Since we completed our Streetscape improvements a few years ago, we have been adding to our collection of “avenue banners” that are tied to the season or an event. They do look great and are often a part of our promotions strategy. Take
a look at this example (attached) that shows one of the banners and the well-coordinated hanging basket flowers.<o:p></o:p></p>
