the Governor's orders, serving only take-out. Our library was shut but is now on very limited hours. Our Co-op has also issued "how to shop" instructions. Dollar General is open, with the first hour of each day being limited to Senior shoppers. City Hall
is closed as are all city owned facilities and restrooms...for a very small town of only 1100 people, times will become much harder I fear.
