boundary. . Using URA dollars, thoroughly reviewed by our City Attorney even after looking at the OEDA memo. It will be for those affected by either of the Governor’s E.O. s. Working on the mechanics now and hope to get on the street very shortly so we have
not made it public yet. </span></p>
