</span>established Community Design Solutions in 2005 as a community-based planning firm devoted to delivering creative, asset-based design services for community building. Mr. Wilson serves as the consulting architect to Main Street South Carolina and is also
the Project Architect for Lake City, SC where he has facilitated the renovation of more than 40 facades, two parks, and a streetscape design. In 2019, Lake City was named America’s “#1 Small Town Cultural Scene” by USA Today. Prior to his role in Lake City,
he was the consulting architect to Mississippi Main Street Association. To date he has participated in over 400 resource teams and design and planning exercises nationwide.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo7"><span style="color:#C55A11">Ben Muldrow</span>, a Partner at Arnett Muldrow & Associates, is responsible for all community marketing and branding functions of the Greenville, SC-based
urban planning firm. Ben Muldrow is a talented graphic artist who has been designing for over 25 years with experience in a wide variety of marketing applications. He provides community identity and branding services for communities across the United States.
Ben has worked on a number of projects specializing in the development of city and neighborhood identities, wayfinding strategies, and promotional marketing material.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo7"><span style="color:#C55A11">Jay Schlinsog
</span>is the founder and principal of Downtown Professionals Network (DPN). He has thirty years of community and economic development experience working with more than 200 communities and organizations across the country. His areas of specialty include market
research and analysis, business retention and recruitment, management, and communications. In 2000, Jay founded DPN as a collaborative for industry-leading advocates and practitioners who specialize in downtown and business district revitalization solutions.
Prior to launching DPN, Jay served as executive director with Main Street and Chamber of Commerce organizations in Idaho, Illinois, Washington, and Wisconsin. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, Jay has launched
<a href="http://www.ReopenMainStreet.com">www.ReopenMainStreet.com</a>.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo7"><span style="color:#C55A11">Sheri Stuart
</span>found her true calling when she fell into Main Street in 1990 after spending time communing with brown bears in Alaska and managing a custom black and white photography lab in Santa Cruz, California. She currently serves as the state coordinator of Oregon
Main Street (OMS) which is part of Heritage Programs in Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. OMS helps communities throughout the state preserve and revitalize the economy, appearance, and image of their traditional business districts using a range of services
and assistance to meet the needs of communities interested in revitalization. Prior to her current position, Sheri worked for the National Main Street Center for eight years working primarily with small and midsize communities across the country. Sheri started
her career in Main Street as executive director of the Port Townsend Main Street Program in Washington for eight years and also served as the assistant coordinator of the Washington State Main Street Program for three years.
