<p class="MsoNormal">Oregon Main Street is offering a scholarship to attend Main Street America’s
<i>Main Street Now</i> virtual conference, April 12-14, 2021. The scholarship is open to communities participating in the Main Street Track of the Oregon Main Network - Exploring Downtown (ED), Transforming Downtown (TD), or Performing Main Street (PMS) levels.
 The scholarship is now open on a first come, first serve basis to one participant from ED and up to two participants from TD and PMS level communities.  At this time, we are not offering the scholarship to Associate level communities. The scholarship covers
 the $99 early-bird, MSA member registration level. Attached is a copy of the application to apply for the scholarship. If approved, OMS will send you a code to use to register for the conference. Registration for the conference will open on Feb 10.<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">MSA is including a track for small businesses this year at a reduced $25 rate per business.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">MSA is again offering a civic leader discounted rate of $50 for elected officials and senior government staff<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They are also offering a group discounted rate of $75 per person if you have 5 or more people attending from the same community<u></u><u></u></p>
