Partnership as a 501(C)3 and then we hired our first Executive Director in Sept. 2015. However the EID sunsetted March 2020 and we have not and likely will not look to reinstate the EID anytime soon. I work very closely with the current Ex Director EJ Payne
on revitalization efforts and we are brainstorming funding ideas going forward. So in this case the city started the organization but now it is a stand-alone organization. Happy to jump on a call with you if you like.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
