It narrowly escaped its demise in 2017 and is back up for consideration in the infrastructure and reconciliation bills currently being considered in Congress. One of the key changes being considered is a permanent increase of the tax credit from 20% to 30%.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>If you have any input you’d like to submit as this legislation is being crafted, this is a key opportunity.
