They have been there for...20 years? </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif">They have been a good tenant and have maintained the building very well. Very clean and professional. They even participated in some of our downtown events back when we had an active Main Street organization.
