<p class="MsoNormal">Our banner brackets are part of the poles, but Albany Rotary clubs found the banner size too small for their 2020 Hero Banner Program (Veterans and 1st Responders). They added temporary brackets below the permanent ones and most
survived. This past fall, Rotary decided to double up adding a streetside banner and there were more failures. They can’t vent the banners since they are people’s faces. I’ve seen a printable screen material advertised, but don’t have any experience with it.<o:p></o:p></p>
