<p class="MsoNormal">I concur with everything that has already been mentioned. ADHDA rents an office inside the historic Liberty Theater- there are 3 of us in one office so a little cramped, but the ability to use the Liberty’s meeting rooms for our monthly
general meetings, board meetings, and committee meetings has been invaluable. We aren’t extremely visible (the office has a locked entry on the 2<sup>nd</sup> floor) but it is great to be downtown in a historic building that is so connected to arts and culture.
We collaborate a lot with the Liberty which is also a non-profit. <o:p></o:p></p>

collaboration, that could make it an easier sell to everyone. Note – we are technically not on Main Street. We live in a city-owned building just past the end of our downtown. Also, depending on your vacancy situation, be prepared to defend why prime Main
Street real estate should be occupied with a nonprofit vs. private enterprise, especially if you are using public (URA) funds to make it happen. This was one of the conversations we had when we moved into our new space … off Main).
