away from specific partners (Albany Visitors Association,<span> </span><span style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); display: inline !important;">Albany Downtown Association, Albany Parks & Rec, etc.) currently listed along
with specifics for reserves, Collaborative Tourism Program grants, etc. The funding goes</span></span><span style="font-size: inherit;"> from 4-5 pages on the current policy to one paragraph on the draft which reads: </span></div>

It also eliminates the advisory board and replaces it with a CTP grant committee. They currently advise City Council on the full fund. Under the draft policy the new committee would only allocate $50K, about 4% of the fund. <br>
