<p class="MsoNormal">Here in Bandon, the Greater Bandon Association would love to get its hands on some TOT funds. At the moment, it all (that is the non-government portion) goes to the Chamber of Commerce and always has. I am all for a competitive bidding
process under the circumstance and know that is the way it had been done in our partners to the South in Port Orford, at least when Jim Auburn was mayor.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In our case, the City does have a revenue sharing program that it shares with non-profit organizations. There is a maximum amount on these grants which we have always received. I believe the are funds the City gets from the State via its

4-5 pages on the current policy to one paragraph on the draft which reads: <o:p></o:p></span></p>
