</b>Change and disruption have become the norms in recent years due to a variety of factors impacting our world, our nation, and our communities. Change impacts everyone and yet everyone deals with change differently. Rather than constantly reacting to change,
there are strategies to anticipate and prepare for change both personally and organizationally. Utilizing existing and emerging change management principles and tools, this interactive workshop will empower and equip participants with a toolkit to develop
their own customized approach to change that can be directly applied to the unique needs of their organization moving forward.

<p><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Presenter:</span></strong><br>
The workshops will be presented by Joseph Thouvenel, a seasoned change management professional who has applied his expertise in both higher education and healthcare settings. An experienced and collaborative leader, Joe loves to empower and equip others to
realize their potential and achieve success especially during times of transition and disruption. In his current role, Joe works with leaders and teams throughout Providence Health and Services to build capacity for change. Through collaboration, coaching,
and meeting facilitation, Joe strives to widen the circle of those who influence strategic change to include people with diverse perspectives and from all levels of an organization. Additionally, Joe has worked and partnered with a number of non-profit organizations
in the areas of change readiness, strategy, and program implementation. He is also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and is a trained facilitator for Leading Reflective Conversations through Oregon Humanities.<o:p></o:p></p>
