of some of the gears, etc from the old woolen mill that was in the downtown until it was demolished 20+ years ago. My understanding is that they were built with a substantial amount of volunteer labor, but that was a long time ago. The standard green “uncool”
signs were erected by the City 8 years ago or so.<o:p></o:p></p>
