 Washington DC, as well as having his own consulting business. He brings skills in economic development and grants and program management  to BDA among other diverse skills.<u></u><u></u></li><li class="m_-5821099234197474854MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Kyle Knepper is the new Executive Director of Tigard Downtown Alliance. Kyle is a lifelong resident of Washington County and has resided in Tigard for the past 18 years. He has a background
 in media planning, advertising sales, account management, event management, and growth strategies.<u></u><u></u></li><li class="m_-5821099234197474854MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Doris Towery will be joining the McMinnville Downtown Association as of June 5^th. Doris brings a diverse background in both Yamhill and Lane counties including many high
