Policies & Procedures</a> manual for Main Street organizations. Due to a recording glitch, we don’t have a recording available. However, the attached PPT includes speaker notes so that will help fill a bit of the info that was covered. The manual is a fillable
PDF that can be customized for your organization. It contains some of the types or policies and procedures main street organizations should consider adopting to help with smoother operations. Updates were provided by Donna Harris with Heritage Consulting,
Inc. with special updates for the personnel policies section by Nicole Feightner, PHR/SHRM-CP, Bridgetown People Consulting.</p>
