<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Does anyone have a Board of Director’s Application form they are particularly proud of? Something you use to have information from the potential Board member that le’s them say: “yes, I want to be on your
board, and here are all the things about me that will help the current board vote me onto the board!”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Obvious questions are about professional background, other civic involvement, 4point committee interest…<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">But I’m really looking for some good open ended questions that let an applicant put down on paper something to get them thinking about how they will make a meaningful contribution once on the board.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">We are revising ours now, and happy to share back out the full packet and original documents when we are done.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
