We are currently exploring the possibility of providing an opportunity for our downtown businesses to apply for facade improvement grants. What have you found to be your most successful strategies for small grants? Specifically, I'm referring to a sweet spot
for match requirements (if any) etc. We want this to feel accessible and equitable for our downtown businesses as much as we can. </div>
